Matt Mashburn has over 20 years of experience in the CRE appraisal services field. He has previously directed regional offices for two national firms. He founded Southeast Valuation Advisors in 2019 to provide best-in-class appraisal services without the bureaucratic constraints that often plague some of our larger competitors. He commands the range to value many types of commercial properties for a variety of uses and purposes. Competencies include appraisals, appraisal reviews, market studies, and cash flow analysis/modeling. He has earned the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is currently taking CCIM courses.
